With your permission Ayuvo reads the Apple Health or Health Connect data types you grant into a local database. Browse them by category and open any metric for charts, sources and units.

Every metric has a detail screen with a headline value, range picker, Show All Data and Data Sources & Access, so you can see which apps and devices supplied the readings.

What your devices don't record, estimated.
Many bands record heart rate every minute but never a resting heart rate. Ayuvo fills gaps like that for 60 metrics, from heart rate zones and sleep regularity to cardio fitness, using published formulas. When Health has a value for that day, that value is shown instead.

Ayuvo writes to Apple Health or Health Connect only what you log or record in Ayuvo: nutrition, weight, height, body fat, workouts with their calories and the route of a GPS workout. Fasting, water and Ayuvo's own estimates are never written.
- Revoke access at any time in Apple Health or Health Connect settings
- The mirror is never included in a cloud backup, and you can clear it from Settings
- Export the hub in Export All Data, and import it on iPhone or Android
What the Health hub sends, and to whom
The mirror lives in a local database and is excluded from cloud backups.
Nothing by default
Reading Health data sends nothing anywhere. The database is stored on this device only.
Coach, with a toggle
The coach can read your granted health types only while Let Coach use my health data is on. Then it sends what it requests to your provider or on-device model.
Export, when you tap it
Health data leaves as a file only when you export it, to wherever you choose to save it.

Does Ayuvo change my Health data?
Only by adding what you log or record in Ayuvo: nutrition, weight, height, body fat, workouts with their calories and GPS routes. Fasting, water and Ayuvo's estimates are never written.
Will Ayuvo see my old history?
It reads the history you grant. On Android, without the special history permission, history starts 30 days before you first grant access, and Ayuvo says so on screen.
